  • 01 Why do we only have 6 flavours to eat at the moment?

    In our ice cream parlours, we have three soft machines, and each one allows us to have only two flavours. We are more in favour of having fewer flavour options, but we prefer to obtain an instant buttery ice cream with a creamier texture that gives us more intense and delicious flavours in the mouth.

  • 02 How often do we change the flavours of our ice creams?

    We change our ice cream flavours every season; spring, summer, autumn and winter. We work with seasonal products to take advantage of the benefits each product offers at its right time. We also prepare personalised flavours dedicated to the festivities and celebrations of each city, while our classic flavours are always available: chocolate, vanilla, baked apple and yogurt.

  • 03 Why is our chocolate ice cream not black?

    Our chocolate ice cream is made with 72% chocolate: when we produce the ice cream in our workshop we incorporate milk, so its colour becomes lighter but this does not affect the intensity of its flavour.

  • 04 Do you have franchises?

    No, at the moment we only have our own ice cream shops, but some of our products, for example, the 520 ml tubs, are available in Casa Ametller supermarkets.

  • 05 We have more products besides ice cream...

    Apart from ice creams, we wanted to venture into the sweet world by creating special products for each festivity. Panettones, nougats, ginger cookies, donuts, cakes... to sweeten these special dates.

  • 07 How does the Pre-Order work?

    The purchase process is the same as always, the only difference is that you must select a store pickup date.

    To consider:
    - Products with different store pickup dates cannot be added to the cart. In this case, it will be necessary to place two separate orders.
    - Products available on the website can be added to a cart with a pre-order product. You just have to keep in mind that all the products in that cart will have to be pickep up on the selected pre-order date.
