01 We have more products besides ice cream...
Apart from ice creams, we wanted to venture into the sweet world by creating special products for each festivity. Panettones, nougats, ginger cookies, donuts, cakes... to sweeten these special dates.

02 What countries do we ship to?
SPAIN - Mainland:
· Tispa Economy (only for non-chocolate products: books, merchandising, etc. Home delivery within 3-4 business days): €5.
· Tispa Express (only for non-chocolate products. Home delivery within 2-3 business days): €13.50.
· Seur Cold Delivery (for any order containing chocolate products. Refrigerated shipping): €16.50.
SPAIN - Balearic Islands:
· Standard (only for non-chocolate products. Home delivery within 4-5 business days): €12.50.
· We do not offer refrigerated shipping to the Balearic Islands.
· We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. We apologize for the inconvenience.
EUROPE
We ship non-chocolate products (books, merchandising, etc.) from our online store to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Poland, France*, the Netherlands, Italy*, Luxembourg and Portugal*.
· Shipping cost is €25.00.
· We only ship to mainland areas (not islands). We apologize for the inconvenience.
· Refrigerated shipping outside Spain is not available.

03 How does the Pre-Order work?
The purchase process is the same as always, the only difference is that a shipping date must be selected (that is, the date on which the order will leave our workshop).
Kindly, note:
- The reception of the order will depend on the shipping address and the chosen shipping method.
- Products with different pre-order dates cannot be added into the same cart. In this case, it will be necessary to place two separate orders.
- Products available on the website can be added to a cart with a pre-order product. Simply, it must be taken into account that all the products in that cart will leave our workshop on the selected pre-order date.
- The maximum number of panettones that can be included in a cart is limited to 4 units.
