Description
Made with sourdough slowly fermented for 48 h, Casa Cacao’s chocolate 68% from Hacienda Victoria (Ecuador) gianduja, and dried apricot, make it unique and ideal panettone for Christmas celebrations.

Wheat flour, sugar, butter, water, 48% milk chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, powdered milk, sugar), egg yolks, sourdough starter (7%) (wheat flour, water), honey, roasted hazelnut paste (25%), 48% milk chocolate from Indonesia, West Papua Ransiki (25%) (cocoa beans of Indonesian origin (36%), sugar, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (milk fat 99.8%)), Colombian chocolate, Villa Angela 80% (Colombian cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter), corn starch, apricot (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), cocoa mass (cocoa beans from Ecuador, Hacienda Victoria), malt (malted wheat flour), salt, vanilla, lemon zest, orange zest, panettone glaze (ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, cocoa powder, corn starch).

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight or direct heat sources. Ready to eat. Once the original packaging has been opened, keep under the same storage conditions, with the packaging closed, and consume within 15 days.
BEST BEFORE: Best consumed within 40 days from the date of manufacture, provided that it is stored under the conditions stated above.
