Made with sourdough slowly fermented for 48 h and the main ingredients of the traditional panettone: the candied orange, the candied lemon, and the raisins make it in a damp and aerated panettone with its characteristic butter and natural yeast flavor.

Wheat flour, sugar, butter, water, candied fruit 19% (orange, mandarin, raisins), egg yolks, sourdough starter (7%) (wheat flour, water), honey, malt (malted wheat flour), salt, vanilla, lemon zest, orange zest, panettone glaze (ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, corn starch).
