Pistachio sponge cake coated with white chocolate cream and elderflower flavour. The combination of pistachio, white chocolate and delicate elderflower notes creates a soft and elegant aromatic balance. Handmade in our workshop.

White chocolate (34%) (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, concentrated butterfat (99.8% milk fat), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidifier: E330), sugar, pasteurised egg white, butter (pasteurised cream, lactic cultures), pistachio flour (6%), wheat flour, caramelised pistachios (6%) (pistachio, sugar and honey), water, cocoa butter, raising agents (E450, E500, E341, wheat starch), natural elderflower flavour (<2%) (invert sugar, emulsifier: E422, natural elderflower extract).
Contains milk, egg, gluten and tree nuts (pistachio). May contain traces of peanuts, soy, celery, mustard, sesame and sulphites.
Storage: Keep refrigerated between 4 ºC and 8 ºC. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before consumption.
Best before: 30 days from the production date, provided the storage conditions described above are maintained.
