From the 18th century to the 21st, from the South to the North: the Roca brothers follow the steps of Samuel Johnson and James Boswell in their tour of Scotland in 1773, to pay tribute to the land and its cooking. The dishes created out of the experience interpret Scottish cuisine from a Mediterranean viewpoint from the tradition and the innovative vision of El Celler de Can Roca.
