This Mona was born from Jordi's trip to Rapanui. The most remote inhabited place on the planet. Inspired by the Moai and as a tribute to the history of the bird man, El Tangata-Manu. Made with 44% milk chocolate, with caramelized hazelnut carambines covered with dark chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

Milk chocolate coating (70%) (sugar, cocoa beans, skimmed milk powder (22%), cocoa butter, concentrated butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. 44% cocoa minimum), dark chocolate coating (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor. Minimum 72% cocoa), hazelnut (7%), white chocolate coating (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavor), cocoa butter, glucose syrup, water, sugar, coloring agents: E-120 and E-160a (i)).
