    Made with sourdough slowly fermented  for 48 hours, Casa Cacao's chocolate, gianduja and candied apricot, it is a unique panettone, perfect for Christmas celebrations.

    Wheat flour, water, butter (pasteurized cream, lactic ferments), candied apricot (8%) (apricot, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, pasteurized egg yolk, milk chocolate hazelnut cream (6%) (hazelnut paste (50%), milk chocolate coating (cocoa bean of Hacienda Victoria origin (Ecuador), sugar, skimmed milk powder (15%), cocoa butter. Cocoa minimum 60%)), Hacienda Victoria dark chocolate (minimum 100% cocoa), almond glaze (sugar, rice flour, almond flour, corn starch, natural flavor), milk chocolate coating (cocoa bean from Hacienda Victoria (Ecuador), sugar, skim milk powder (15%), cocoa butter. Cocoa minimum 60%), dark chocolate coating (3%) (cocoa beans from Hacienda Victoria, sugar, cocoa butter.     More information

    • Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place. Away from sunlight or direct heat sources. Ready to consume. Once the original container is opened, keep in the same conditions of conservation, with the container closed and consume within 7 days.
    • Preferable consumption: Consume preferably within 60 days from the date of preparation, as long as it is kept in the aforementioned storage conditions.
